I suspect this judges ruling will hold up on appeal. Generally dress codes are constitutional. Even inordinately silly ones like the facial hair ban.

How many genders are there anyway? What is the number his shirt could have said that wouldn't need to be censored to avoid those painful hurt feelings?
 
maybe set up a gofundme page for the little boy so his parents can afford to send him to a school that will let him wear his shirt
 
or better yet homeschooling

Dress codes are usually upheld by the courts but I do find it funny the people who are whining about porn being kept out of school libraries are all for shirts that promote truth being banned.
