Trump doesn't go to church because he doesn't care about the Christian Right anyways.

First when I talk about the media I'm referring to be foxnews, MSNBC, the major newspapers and the major networks. I don't care or include infowars, slate, talk radio or any of that ****.

Oh. I admit the right was unfair to Obama. But Obama didn't get blasted on a daily basis by the right. Bill O'reilly was fair to Obama, hell he admitted that Obama was a good guy and he liked him.

That sounds pretty reasonable. So, are there any news sources out there that are pretty fair, equally nice or harsh as the situation calls for, and semi-believable? I have to be honest I am not really aware of any that are consistently good. I've heard the BBC is pretty good and Al-Jazeera America is as well, but I don't have access or at least easy access to either so I have no idea. Right now I tend to listen to Fox and then one of my favorite comedians (usually Maher or Oliver) and then kind of mix and strain the results to see what drips through.

The only thing it tells me is that a lot of democrats go into journalism, and we should all be aware of that fact. If your point is that the job makes them lean left then we should see a disproportionate amount of right leaning journalists become democrats. Is there evidence of that?

Again, what's wrong with all journalists being honest about their potential bias? Seems like a reasonable request.
 
At least half of those examples are opinion pieces. There is a massive difference between a columnist, etc. being hypocritical and biased and an organization that reports news.

Most editors and media bosses are conservatives, even on left leaning networks.

You know what liberal journalists care more about than conservatives? Liberal ideals, like truth, fairness, justice, and equality.
What do conservatives care most about? Winning.

People on the left criticized Obama plenty, mostly African-Americans. Cornel West is still criticizing him and been doing so for about 7 1/2 years.

Trump surrounded himself with Nazis and the media has let that slide. I'll bet he's got a secret room in the basement of T Towers with Nazi memorabilia on the walls. Probably even a few clippings from Hitler's moustache preserved under glass.

True liberal journalists are fair minded, but there aren't that many. Many are leftists that I wouldn't classify as liberal. Some are unintentionally biased.

What's wrong with journalists being honest about their potential biases?
