He's a very good defender at SS, he is a good base runner, and he has a good bit of pop. That's an MLB bench player. His floor is not an mlb player.

For a starting caliber player, that is true. You need to make contact for power to matter.
So Dansby circa 2016-2021.Well we gonna have to agree to disagree on this one. His hit tool is significantly worse and I question if he will even walk enough to get to a .300 OBP. I see him as a .230 average .290 OBP with 15 homers and 15 SB with plus defense

But a utility/bench player is someone like Jorge Mateo. That is the likely floor for Lodise, assuming he remains injury free.
We have no clue what his ceiling and floor is right now.
It’s way too early
Again, that's the floor. Not ceiling. And Lodise has a good bit more power than Mateo ever really showed as a prospect.I think Mateo's career is a good expectation for Lodise. My opinion on him hasnt changed since he was drafted but FG had Mateo as 35 hit tool with potential for 40. Lodise is 20/30. So he may be a significantly worse than a career .222 hitter. A .222 hitter with 80 grade speed too.
Those are really good days from our studs on the farm
Strider will be a huge lift for Gwinnett when he completes his rehab assignment. AA is done a good job of creating depth at the upper levels of the minorsSean Murphy is set to begin a rehab assignment on 4/10. Strider isn't far behind.
