This is the worst playoffs I can remember. I really don't care to see two teams in the world series that aren't in the top 5 teams in baseball; KC may not even be top 10.

Yeah I think it's bittersweet for gilesfan. His nats got rolled over by an inferior team but at the same time Harper gave him something to jack err jacked some balls out of the park.

My west coast team with a magical pennant win. It's not the Braves, but it's the next best thing for this left coast'r.

I have no vendetta against KC though, and I'll be happy if they end up the champs. It would be good for baseball.

I hope next year people remember that both world series teams this year are wild card teams. We don't need to build a team to win the division, we need to build a playoff team that can just win a wild card spot.

Giants are a good team, especially when you think of what they have overcome in terms of injuries (Cain, Scutaro, Morse, Belt). Nice mix of guys and Bochy is a very good manager. I'm guessing the Giants win.

I was in San Francisco all last week, and during that time I was swept up in the joy of seeing the Cardinals suffer and imagined I'd lean towards the Giants.

But I think I'm safely back on the Royals bandwagon now.
