Wondering the same thing I always turn the channel. Just another one of those ridiculous traditions started like Pledge of Allegiance.

This may be a bit funny to say a Game 1 is a must win, but I felt the Giants needed this game. It's because if the Giants couldn't win with their ace going, then it would not be a good sign. Bumgarner was brilliant. Will be interesting to see how KC bounces back after their first loss of the postseason.

Eh they've won 2 of the last 4 WS, they're a resilent team.

I think KC needed that game more, if they lose tonight this series is over.

I always thought he'd stick on some MLB bench(es), but some of the postseason PAs he's had have been pretty shockingly substantial.

I always thought he'd stick on some MLB bench(es), but some of the postseason PAs he's had have been pretty shockingly substantial.

Remembering that all he could do was slap the ball to the hole twixt SS 3B and LF until the league adjusted by positioning the LF as a sorta softball short fielder.

I always liked Blanco.

Never understood the massive hate for him. He is a great role player and spot starter. But some are concerned with finding a bench player with a higher obp.
