He had very good games in Games 1/4/7 alone vs SA.
He had some good ones vs Indiana, 20+ in Game 7 vs Indiana.
They didnt really need him in Rd 1.
Again, it's about having another threat, Miami is easier to defend without Wade on the floor just like OKC is easier to defend without Russ on the floor.
Simple logic.
You can trap/double KD more when Russ isnt there, when he is, you cant because of his explosiveness to get to the hoop and the lane is more open. All about spacing, ball movement.

When LeBron is on the floor there's a level of respect he commands that means Wade should have more opportunities to not suck.

Game 4 was scewed, he got 8-9 points in the final 2 minutes stat-padding.
DWade carried them that game.
2nd half of the Game 6, and Game 7 of course he did.

I don't think he's a different player....he plays the same way, obviously he's become a better player on a higer level BUT his game is the same.
He was making pin point cross court passes with his left hand across his body?
He was making pocket passes to his rolling big men for dunks? He was hitting greater thna 40% of his pull jumpers?
I just don't think that RW was doing many of those things in UCLA which is why many thought he was an overdraft by the Thunder.
