When a frantic woman called 911 while being attacked from a mob in a small town in VA, the dispatcher said "I suggest you call City Hall. We can't do anything"

I'm also the only one on this board who has posted several times about ending qualified immunity - ya know, to keep cops accountable.

actually. Minneapolis did vote to abolish their police.

How's that working out in NYC since they've been told to stand down. Murders are up nearly 100%.
 
By the way, isn't it great that after Minneapolis city council voted unanimously to abolish their police department, they requested tax payer funded armed security for their homes?

We just dont trust you. Define the goalposts first. How do you define a well functioning city. How long does it have to have been run by Democrats to qualify. Also are we talking in general or specific to right now with all the chaos from the Trump crash?
