More charges related to HPD Harding street raid. The supervisors lied on warrants saying they witnessed accused murderer Gerald Goines fake undercover drug buys. The more they look the worse this gets for HPD. This drug unit was a dirty as it gets and most of what they did was low level drug busts in the poorest neighborhoods.
