Neverending **** the Police thread.

Heres a good article about the history of corruption in the Oakland police department. It is not pro-law enforcement to turn a blind eye to criminals with badges and it is not anti-law enforcement to expect cops to obey the law. Allowing cops to break the law because you think that stops crime is like having fire fighters fight fires with a flamethrower. I am not going to shed a tear for a murderer who gets beat up by the cops but the vast majority of people on the wrong end of criminal cops do not deserve it.

Almost 5 years since Officer Gerald Goines tried to setup a Navy veteran for selling black tar heroin leading to cops breaking in and murdering the elderly Navy veteran as well as several cops getting shot from friendly fire he is still yet to go to trial. Goines is caught as red handed as red handed gets in this case but he has been out on bond paid for by the police union the entire time. Cops would be losing their **** if a cop killer was allowed out on bail for 5+ years and an open and shut case was being slow rolled. He is looking at life in prison so every minute he spends free is a travesty of justice. Lets not forget that the Police Chief was adamant that Goines was just a big teddy bear who did nothing wrong for months after the murder until he could no longer ignore the evidence that was right in front of him. The victim alledgedly shot 6 cops with a 6 shot revolver after their no knock warrant while being a fraile 90 pound senior citizen with a bandaged hand. In order to belive their story the victim would have to be an elderly John Wick.

I evaluate everything on a case by case basis. When the cops say a man jumped 20 feet in the air and did a double backflip roundhouse kick I call BS. When cops say a man killed another man in cold blood and its all on video camera I tend to believe them.

I had not heard about this case. I support the victim and hope he wins the lawsuit. We need far greater protections for people who are innocent of the crimes accused. Law enforcement knows they can abuse people without needing a conviction. If we hold the government accountable for the damage they do with false prosecutions there will be far less needless prosecutions. They shouldnt be able to do this to people.

I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago. At some point after that my dealer got busted. Cops used his house and phone to lure his customers in to buy the exact felony amount of marijuana and a friend and her husband were arrested on felony drug possession. All 3 held full time jobs. Tax payers. Now they are in jail living off the state. Congrats pigs. I dont know what will happen to their kid. Maybe given to a pedophile in the foster care system. Everyone wins!

A man is shot and killed. Cops respond. Someone yells "he's got a gun" when they see the victims brother holding a gun. Theres 2 cops feet away from the brother. The female cop grabs the gun which is at his side at all times and never pointed at anyone. Seconds after she grabs the gun the second cop unloads on the brother killing him. Now a mother has lost 2 sons and some assholes want to say the cop isnt at fault here. Even in the best scenario for the cop the guy with the gun was disarmed but he shot him anyways. Thats just straight up murder.

Woman flips a cop off as she drives by. She had a bad history with him. You can clearly see she signals to change lanes. The cop drives recklessly to catch up to her and pulls her over claiming she didnt signal when changing lanes. You get a ticket for this, but he immediately arrests her. Now its obvious whats going on here. Then we have one of those magical moments when cops turn off their bodycam audio. We all assume these are corrupt conversations, well they forgot about her phone on top of the car so we actually get to hear what cops say when they turn off their audio. The supervisor gets the cop to admit he is arresting her for flipping him off and that anyone else he would have written her a ticket. He tells him to release her. The cop still arrests her and they still try to prosecute her. Given all this clearly illegal actions the cop hasnt been charged with a crime and hasnt even been fired. This is why we need a way for citizens to press charges when the state refuses to enforce the law on criminals with badges. Theres no long drawn out investigation needed. Everything is caught on camera and audio. Here is the link with the audio for when they turn off the bodycam audio.

I cant find anything thats just pure video without the talking head but heres what an actual case of law enforcement corruption looks like. Guy, who I think is homeless, gets hit by a car while riding his bike by a guy he apparently knows. Cops show up. Tells victim to sit on the curb. The victim doesnt appear hurt but wants to keep looking for his stuff that fell out of his basket. Cop gets butthurt and puts the guy in cuffs. Dropping him on his head in the process. Knocking him unconcious. They show a complete indifference to what they have done to the elderly victim. You can see the guy is coherent and just fine before the assault but they arrest him for "public intoxication" despite no evidence of that. Then we see video of him being released in jail. The victim is barely concious needing help to get around and even to sign papers. Says he cant see. They were going to hold him on a bond but they even cited that he probably needed medical care because of the laceration on his head and they didnt want to deal with that so they put the bond on a payment plan so they could release him. The guy spends 2 weeks in ICU with a brain bleed and dies. The PD investigates themselves and finds they did nothing wrong. One cop calls the city and tells them about this, credit to that person. The city hires an independent investigator and a grand jury indictes the cop on injury to an elderly person and official misconduct. Which is bullcrap for killing the victim. I dont know if its the case here but often times even when a cop gets a grand jury to hear the case they limit the charges the grand jury can bring. So they might have been willing to bring a negligent homicide or other involuntary manslaughter charge but werent given the option.

I thought if someone doesn't immediately respond to an officer's command it's fine to kill them.

The court didn't find them guilty of murder so obviously you fell for a hoax.

That's how all of this works, right?

Cops follow 3 dogs for an hour hoping to see them be aggressive so they could execute them. That never happens so instead they just execute them while they played in a field. And one of the cops laughs about it having just a grand old time executing dogs. Theres a word for people like this. Psychopath.

After 5 years of prosecutors dragging their feet hoping this case would go away the murder trial of police officer Gerald Goines is finally taking place. What we learned from the trial so far is that Police Chief Art Aceveda showed up at the scene an hour after the brutal murders and ordered the cops on the scene to turn off their bodycams. Think about this, a police chief shows up at a scene and deliberately takes actions to suppress evidence. That should be an obstruction of justice and destruction of evidence charges as well as a ban on ever serving as a police officer. When a cop turns off their body cam we can only assume the worse.

Trump says he is going to end weaponization of the law against the American people. Let's see what actual weaponization looks like. This guy pulled over for no inspection sticker. Cop asks the guy for his registration. Guy looks in his glove compartment box. Cop claims that makes him scared so he pulls the guy out of the vehicle. Then later claims the victim refused to give his registration. This is a rookie cop. That's important because he calls a drug dog almost immediately upon making contact. When the drug dog gets there there's the dog handler, the rookie, and his partner who is a veteran. The veteran knows what's about to happen and turns his bodycam away from the dog handler right before the dog handler knocks on the window which causes rhe drug dog to alert. But the rookie didnt know to turn away and we can clearly see what the dog handler does. Now they search his vehicle and find only bottles of over the counter medication like Tylenol and Advil. They arrest the guy and charge him with intent to sell drugs despite no evidence he even had illegal drugs. They send the pills off to a drug lab. Months and months later the drug lab comes back and says none of its illegal drugs. Only then are the charges dropped. There's no reason they had to arrest the victim. They could have taken the Advil and sent it in for testing and then if it came back illegal they could get an arrest warrant. Instead the victim has already suffered the punishment for a crime there was never any evidence he committed. And the worst part is that these cops are on camera committing very serious crimes but what can the victim do if prosecutors won't even bring charges when its an easy win. They don't want to clean out the corruption because they all support the corruption. These cops should get life sentences for this ****. Tha light awem harsh but only if you live in a world where you feel perfectly safe around cops. This victim was kidnapped, human trafficked, sexually assaulted, and has his car stolen yet even if they did file charges or would be perry **** like "civil rights violations" which is just a way to get around charging them for what their actual conduct is.

The monster Gerald Goines who murdered an elderly couple during his attempt to frame that for dealing black tar heroin gets only 60 years in prison. Being a cop he will no doubt get parole as soon as eligible. Absolute hore****. He should be on death row. He could be free next year for all we know. A Judge sentenced the paramedic who murdered Elijiah McClain to the minimum allowed by law of 5 years then released him after only 70 days. How would you feel if told your loved ones life was worth 70 days in jail.
