Neverending **** the Police thread.




Cop lies about a black man not using his turn signal to pull him over. We only know this because it was caught on his bodycam. Takes the guy from the vehicle and searches it. Allegedly tears his girlfriends purse apart. Result? 1 day suspension. This is how little our rights are worth. 1 day suspension for flagrant violations of the 4th amendment. Is anyone naive enough to think this is his first time doing this? How can he testify in future cases where there isnt bodycam footage to back him up? Why arent all the cases where he is the only witness not thrown out immediately? Are they going to inform all the people who paid tickets believing they had no chance to fight it the officer accusing them has been caught lying?



I know people will think it's an extreme to charge cops in these situations but I do know it would cut down on illegality by cops significantly if we did. Saying you broke the law or violated someones rights on accident doesnt absolve you of paying for that crime.
 



Heres some Sovereign Citizen people I have talked about recently. Absolutely have no problem with police when it comes to these people. Most times cops go out of their way to try not to arrest these people. They need real mental help.

Well the suspect is innocent until proven guilty. I think we should wait for an 8 month investigation to get all the facts before we jump to conclusions. Maybe he thought they were stealing his car and he just made an honest mistake.




I know what you are getting at and I dont feel sorry for these cops one bit. Police choose money and power over common sense reforms that would make both the public and them safer. I cheer them getting killed, they actively promote and advocate for laws and policies that get cops killed. But I am the bad guy for not having sympathy for them. We could cut the number of cops killed in half but they fight it to the bitter end. So I got no tears for them. They get what they asked for.

Woman reports being raped by a man who is on probation from a sex offense who threatened to kill her if she went to the cops. What do the cops do? They call the suspect and ask him to call them back.... identifying themselves as a police detective......... woman asks for a cop with her at hers moms house for protection. Cops say no. Then send 4 detectives to a dumpster 10 miles away to investigate evidence from the previous rape and then go home. Woman's mom calls the cops and asks if they can come stay in the police parking lot for protection. They are lied to and told there are cops nearby if they need help. Sex offender shows up and starts murdering people. Kidnaps the victim again, kills some more people, and rapes her again over about 9 hours until he is caught. The same cops who cant send 1 officer for protection did however have the manpower to place a cop for protection of the crime scene. Then a court said the cops couldnt be sued for their negligence. This is why you cant take away the rights to a gun.

Heres a great article about how police unions corrupt policing and how the system is rigged. Far too much for me to summarize but the main thing I want to highlight is the use of a contractor using an audio device called "ShotSpotter". When the answer the ShotSpotter contractor gave police didnt match what they wanted they kept having them go back and "re-analyze" the audio until they got the answer the cops wanted. When the defense subpoena'd the audio the company refused and demanded 10k to give it to them which the public defender doesnt have. What a lot of people dont know is that many of these paid experts and contractors are paid to give the answer cops want, not to give an objective answer. If you dont give them the answer they want they simply move on to a new expert or contractor. This whole article is a great read but this is just one thing that is not widely known.
