Official 2022 Offseason Moves Thread

If the Braves miss on Freeman and Olson, I would be ok with getting Chapman from the A's and sliding Riley to 1st. I think Chapman is a better player than his stats from last year.
Would signing Rizzo and Conforto make sense for the Braves. The two of them will be cheaper than Freeeman.

Acuna RF - Conforto LF - Riley 3B - Rizzo 1B - Albies 2B - Ozuna DH - Duvall CF - d'Arnaud C - Swanson SS is pretty strong.

Even the current Braves are checking their alerts waiting on Freeman:

Nelson Cruz to Hector Gomez: "The Braves were very active in recent days trying to reach an agreement with me until the last moment, but, as I said before, I weighed the pros and cons and that's why I made the decision to sign with the Nationals."

I have a lot of questions, and no one but AA seems to have the answers. These next few weeks are going to be fascinating.

The pros must’ve been that extra year. There’s literally nothing else it could be.

Gomez now: #Braves and #Marlins intensifying talks with Jorge Soler. According to @mikedeportes, both teams are preparing a very lucrative offer for him."

I loved Soler and would love to get him back.

I get the RHH concerns in the lineup if Freddie isn't here but Soler worked here and I would love to see more of him in a competitive situation with our two young Latin stars.
