Here you go again, completely overrating Braves pitching prospects.
The Braves don’t have a collection of “young high impact arms”. What they do have is a bunch of young guys who might not even stick at the MLB level, much less impact anything at all, and 3 legit SPs who are collectively a bit more injury prone than typical SPs.
AA needs to get a SP who can eat innings with roughly MLB average effectiveness. He doesn’t have to be good enough to start a playoff game when the roster is at full strength, but he should be good enough to face 9-15 batters in October if needed.
