Yeah it sucks. I hate the QO but I see why it’s in place. I still think AA signs a SP and trades for a LF. I’d use Elder and Grissom in a trade to get the best bat I could for out there. AJSS can handle Elders spot.

With a veteran team, we can survive losing a 3B coach. With that said, I think Wash is a huge part of cultivating the positive culture the team has.

That’s always good to hear. After seeing what they paid Johnson and JJ I figured it was going up. They’ll never tell us how much but AA I’m sure can get whoever he wants.

Read an article where they were saying that the payroll rose by ~$27m in each of the last 2 seasons. If you keep with the trend of that number, we have roughly $30m or so to fill with a SP and LF.
