Hate losing Dansby. But 7 years / $177m after he told the Braves he'd sign a 6 year / $140m earlier is pretty telling of the market.

He has one really good year. And his bad hitting streaks are awful. Plus alot of his value is tied up in defense, i cannot blame AA on this one. Hopefully he does something with Swanson gone now.

I am worried that Grissom isn’t able to handle it defensively.

I will be upset if they do not upgrade lf and or dh given the punt on ss.

If we sign a 2 war free agent ss you’ll have to explain that to me. Like our old friend Elvis…no thank you

I can’t fault AA for not paying these prices but man we need an upgrade at SS and LF somehow. Crazy that Turner seems like “the good deal”

I think Vaughn will be good with the bat. We’ve seen what he’s capable of and as young as he is, good chance for improvement. I am a bit worried about the defensive drop off. But the fact he’s been working with Ron Washington on that is a good thing.
