So apparently Andrew Luck and Matt Ryan have been hit the most the past two seasons. Its a good thing they are pocket passers.

Our OL was turrible last year. Should be MUCH improved this year. A healthy season wouldn't hurt either.

I don't know..I was told that pocket passers get hit less than running QB's. Just seems odd that the numbers don't back it up.

Some do. Some don't .

It probably varies from year to year I'd imagine. Lot of rules protecting the QB in the pocket as opposed to as a runner.

Injuries can happen getting water on the sideline if **** breaks wrong.

Agreed 100%. It doens't matter what type of QB you are.
 
I don't know if that was a punch as much as it was a push. Need to see where the contact was.

Either way, what the fan was doing was totally out of line and he should be the one that is reprimanded.

Webb is lucky the fan didn't get injured . BTW, where are the Raiders players when MJD is getting jumped by 4 hooligan Cowboy players? Cowboys were the ones to start the mess by tackling in a non contact scrimmage then they jump MJD!

Kinda reminiscent of when Nick Young tried to take on the whole Suns team with no help from his teammates.

No one ever said that pocket passers dont get hit. The point is that running QB's open themselves up to more dangerous hits. And that is backed up by pretty much anyone related to football.

Yeah, because getting his by defensive backs is worse than defensive lineman.
