OK, Ryan, let's go get a win. More inept secondary play allowed that field goal to happen. I know people have covered Evans before without holding onto him. I know they have.
Really embarrassing loss. It's sad that Falcons OL is being pushed backward every play.
I don't think you remember that this is four brand new guys, and was projected to be one of the worst units in the league this year.
And it's sad to watch an NFL line get pushed like that. So, what's your point? We're eight games into the season now. They should be improving.
In any event, there are plenty of reasons we lost. Can't win them all, but you have to win games like that if you want any shot at a division title and favorable seeding. Then again, we're extremely lucky to be 6-2. Really should be 3-5.
Why even bother being a fan if you're gonna be that pessimistic? Going into this week we had the 7th most efficient offense and 17th most efficient defense, and yet we should be 3-5? At worst we "should be" 4 and 4 without the awesomeness that is Matt Ryan's clutch comebacks being a factor.

This Cowboys are a complete and utter disgrace.
And it wasn't though, was it? And that's because of a lot of the problems we saw today. So save me the self-righteous BS about find another team. I think it's a positive we've been able to win these games and think maybe we haven't played our best football yet. But we've got to start getting these things corrected. Ryan has been clutch, but if we keep putting the ball on the ground, it's not going to matter.
I would be perfectly okay with teams getting the ball at the 20 after a score. It's a safety problem right now. Only question I would pose. What do we do when a team is down and needs to recover an onside kick? Or those surprise onside kicks?
