Too bad Jerry Jones likes having his backside smooched more than having his team win.
Maybe, but perhaps Jerry is starting to get fed up now

We can hope but right after a loss of any kind for any reason there's going to be frustration. If the Cowboys fail to make the playoffs then maybe just maybe something will finally happen. I shudder to think who he'll hire next though because very few real coaches want to be told what to do by someone who knows business very well but knows the ins and outs of what it takes to win in the NFL very poorly.
It’s not just whether this team misses the playoffs or not. That should not even be a question. The Cowboys haven’t been to the NFC Championship since winning SB XXX almost 25 years ago. Ridiculous they are 6-5. It has to come to coaching at some point. Reading some quotes from Jerry tonight make it clear he’s not happy. If people think Garrett is not on the hot seat, they’re either blind or not paying attention.
Jerry wants to win another Super Bowl, no doubt. I’ve seen some things that make me hope that the next hire will be an actual coach and not a yes man, but that remains to be seen. But if things don’t turn around, a change will need to be made.
I REALLY hope you're right but it's been so long that I've gotten to the point where it's "I'll believe it when I see it". The rumor I've heard that Clapping Boy is flirting with the vaGiants might actually help him out the door more than his p-poor coaching.
I agree with the sports writer you mentioned just above me here but I'm just skeptical about any positive changes until I actually see them.
Urban and Lincoln Riley are the top two on the cowboys wish list. I doubt either would want that job
The problem is as much Jerry Jones as the coach.

Falcons are gonna fail at keeping a top pick. Thankfully they should get spanked by the Niners next week. But Jacksonville and Tampa could be easy wins for Atlanta. Atlanta I could see wind up picking ahead of Carolina, possibly an NFC East team ahead of them like Philly or Dallas, Jets, etc.
Sadly, that is spot on
You know, they say penicillin can get rid of "the clap". I wonder how much it would take to get rid of clapping boy?
FIRE JASON GARRETT!!!!!
