REAL FOOTBALL Thread

I saw the footage earlier in the week. It certainly looked like he had a concussion. I still think he probably did, despite what the doctors are saying. I was just posting what McDaniels said. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out. If it comes out he was indeed concussed, McDaniels won't coach again and the Dolphins will be up **** creek.

It has to be more than McDaniels. Gm should be fired and they should lose their next 3 first round picks. Send a clear message. This wasn't cute. It wasn't an almost he was concussed vs Buffalo and now had a more serious concussion.

That’s the worst game Ive ever watched

I avoided it after the first few minutes. KNew it was gonna be a stinker.

But can you imagine giving up 2 1s, 2 2s and a 3 and be sitting under 500 in week 5 with your QB you gave all that up for averaging basically 240/1/1 per game?

I know this doesn't really mean anything to anyone but I always (and have for years) told my students that if you aren't willing to stand up and complain when the team you hate most in the whole world gets a bad call that cheats them and causes them to lose a game, don't bother to stand up and complain when your own team gets cheated by a bad call.

I cannot think of a time the Falcons have gotten a major momentum swinging call in their favor. I'll admit I haven't been watching much lately mind you aside from some highlights and the rare national TV game they've been on.

I think the NFL does favor it's stars and big markets. It would be wisest to do that. It's bad for business for the Bucs to fall behind the Falcons, even though really it would have just been for a week or 2.

This isn't obviously up to date with the current game. But I'm glad the Falcons avoided the struggle bus that is FIelds.

Fields went into one of the worst situations possible though. Don't know if he'd be much better anywhere else, but the Bears have made it abundantly clear they cannot develop a QB.

What do you mean? You're telling me Mitch didn't develop?

I get it the bears suck, but so do OSU QBs.
