Rittenhouse trial

Good grief. That guy is the final prosecution witness, the one who is supposed to nail everything down for them. Instead he testifies that the defendant shot him in self defense? What a joke of a trial.

We must never forget what the communists almost did to this country in late 2019 all the way up to the current day.

In a hundred years students will learn how America yet again led the world against tyranny.

The picture of the prosecutor facepalm is unreal.

you are in desperate need of mental help

That witness was a bad, bad moment for the prosection but the trial will go on. The charges span more than this encounter with this individual. It's still entirely possible the jury finds that encounter to be self defense but the others not. Then there are other lesser charges that have to be dealt with.

Also, if the jury finds Rittenhouse to be the initial aggressor then it's not self defense.

Still a lot of moving parts here. It was a bad day for the prosection but not fatal. Juries are often unpredictable.

The fbi hiding evidence should cause a mistrial and exoneration.

What’s happening in this country is pure evil and until good people stand up and fight it will continue. Our justice system is completely broken when someone like this even needs to stand trial for a clear self defense act.

The people who should be tried are the ones that allowed the rioting to take place.

You can aLso have a jury full of 57’s and nsacpi’s where they don’t care about the evidence and will automatically say he’s guilty due to shortcomings in thier life.

In addition, you have the onslaught of propoganda early on that shaped so many peoples minds.

Just like how so many people thought Russia collusion was real.

Just like how so many people thought the CCP virus was naturally occurring.

This trial should have never happened and leaving his fate to a jury of his 'peers' is outrageous.

Our justice system is broken.

This trial may take an interesting turn. The judge looks ready to strangle the prosecutor.

This is a very odd trial to say the least. Rittenhouse testifying is something defense attorneys generally don't want. I think it's smart here though as it could make the jury sympathetic to him.

The judge is an actual joke

And that crying today lol
Is this a reference to the brow beating he gave the prosecutor for using Rittenhouse’s right to remain silent against him?

Why are federal prosecutors heroes all of a sudden?

I do agree the crying was a master class in performance art.

Defense filed for mistrial with prejudice and the judge hasn't denied it yet. That sounds like a good way to crash some insurance company stock.

Are most cross exams this tedious? I haven't watched any others since OJ, but this is like watching paint dry.
