What's tyrannical about not using tax payer money to fund stadiums?
my verdict is NOT oppression AND tyranny
just a politician making policy according to what he judges to be the best interests of his constituents...they hired him to do that...if they not happy with it there is an election in 5 months
unlike some around here i don't go whining oppression AND tyranny every time a politician makes policy i disagree with
If this report is true, Ron DeSantis has a really special aptitude for making the right decision for the wrong reasons. I wish all stadium expenditures would be denied. It’s still troubling if his only or even primary reason was to punish the Rays for their political statement.

I commend the voters of San Francisco for recognizing that they made a mistake when electing Chesa Boudin as district attorney.
Just as a few weeks ago I commended the voters of western North Carolina for correcting a similar mistake with respect to Madison Cawthorne.
And the people of the United States of America for firing very poorly chosen one in 2020.
And the people of the United States for making a huge swing to the right in November of 2022

Do you stop to wonder for a sec how bad things must be in California and SF to where the voters decided they didn't want to wait for an election, but instead needed to try to recall their leaders?
I'm very confused.
We have been told by the person with an impeccable record of being right that SF was still great and there were no issues.
What gives?
