Makes it sound like we are going to be without Minor until at least late April.

That puts Minor probably coming in on the 30th @ Marlins (unless they skip Garcia and bring Minor in on the 29th). Looking at probably four starts from Hale in April. Five or six from Garcia, depending on if he is skipped on the 29th.

I'm really hoping Hale substantially outperforms Garcia over that stretch—flashing anything close to the results he posted in his two starts last season—because I certainly know which of the two I prefer as fifth starter going forward, and which I'd rather see as the long-man in the pen (if he simply must be on the 25-man roster).

Its crazy to think of Teheran and Wood as our temporary 1 and 2... they have that potential, but its a bit scary you have to rely on such young guys this early... obviously we have a lot of experience getting back from injury soon, but still. I just hope Minor's shoulder issues doesn't turn into something more.
