Yeah, I am not getting it either. He is matching Max Scherzer pitch for pitch and those were his only two hits given up in the first three innings. I would give up on him now and go ahead and cut him.

The skillset Pena has that helps in the NL is that he can play defense at SS. That has more value as a 25th man on the roster in the NL.

Considering we have hit Scherzer almost exactly as well as they have hit Harang (not including strikeout totals)... and it was Miggy with the big hit for them... I am quite encouraged so far.
