Hopefully that plan isnt to blame imaginary voter fraud and baiting a bunch of crazy people to murder the people certifying the vote this time. Who remembers when Trumps plan to screw the voters and get the state legislators to declare him the winner was leaked months in advance and the Trump admin called it fake news..... then he goes right out and does it anyways.

i wonder if they talked about trumps thoughts on how ugly the wife of rafael is in his opinion

Yeah, Ted should have had Don in his "smack on sight" category. Seeing him kiss up instead wipes out all respect I had for him.

At the next debate I would have leveled his fat ass and gone to jail as a hero. But like most Trumpkins, Cruz is just a beta cuck, looking to fall into line with anyone who they think is more alpha than them.

I disagree. Cruz is a a leech. He'll latch onto a host he things he can benefit from, drain it of anything he can get, stay there until it's no longer useful, and move on. The second he thinks Trump is more of a liability than a benefit, he'll drop him and move on to the next opportunity.

Curious to see how the leech types respond if/when Trump announces he is running again in 2024. If you are in the Cruz/Hawley/Cotton/Desantis/Rubio crowd, how long do you continue to leech if Trump is making it more and more difficult for you to ever achieve your political aspirations? If he runs again and wins, then they have to continue to play second fiddle. If he runs again and loses, the party potentially has a circle the wagons moment and moves away from more Trumpy candidates back towards a more traditional Republican party. Either way, Trump being the 2024 nominee probably doesn't help their chances of eventually becoming president.

I think the plan is to let the actuarial tables do their work.

I think a lot of people are hoping Trump doesn't run but instead plays kingmaker. It's also possible they're riding him currently to raise money and make connections for their own interest.

Honestly, kingmaker seems to be a role Trump would relish.

Liz Cheney lays out the stakes.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2021/05/05/liz-cheney-republican-party-turning-point/

In public statements again this week, former president Donald Trump has repeated his claims that the 2020 election was a fraud and was stolen. His message: I am still the rightful president, and President Biden is illegitimate. Trump repeats these words now with full knowledge that exactly this type of language provoked violence on Jan. 6. And, as the Justice Department and multiple federal judges have suggested, there is good reason to believe that Trump’s language can provoke violence again. Trump is seeking to unravel critical elements of our constitutional structure that make democracy work — confidence in the result of elections and the rule of law. No other American president has ever done this.

The Republican Party is at a turning point, and Republicans must decide whether we are going to choose truth and fidelity to the Constitution. In the immediate wake of the violence of Jan. 6, almost all of us knew the gravity and the cause of what had just happened — we had witnessed it firsthand.

I am a conservative Republican, and the most conservative of conservative values is reverence for the rule of law. Each of us swears an oath before God to uphold our Constitution. The electoral college has spoken. More than 60 state and federal courts, including multiple Trump-appointed judges, have rejected the former president’s arguments, and refused to overturn election results. That is the rule of law; that is our constitutional system for resolving claims of election fraud.

While embracing or ignoring Trump’s statements might seem attractive to some for fundraising and political purposes, that approach will do profound long-term damage to our party and our country. Trump has never expressed remorse or regret for the attack of Jan. 6 and now suggests that our elections, and our legal and constitutional system, cannot be trusted to do the will of the people.

History is watching. Our children are watching. We must be brave enough to defend the basic principles that underpin and protect our freedom and our democratic process. I am committed to doing that, no matter what the short-term political consequences might be.

And then I’ll send those children to die overseas.

All these characters the leftist media prop up end up being the worst. We just know what the cheaneys are about already and youre still promoting it.

Once he won in 2016 he was always going to be the kingmaker for the next 15 years.

Forgive nsacpi. He needs a new obsessions after the Whitmer flop.

You'd think he'd have better judgement by now, but... Ya know

I mean we know the Dark Side grants powers that one might consider unnatural, but do you really think he's got 15 years of life left in him? He's not exactly living a healthy lifestyle.

This is by far the dumbest line you and the other crazy person keep spitting

Just cause we agree about this instance with Cheney, doesn’t mean we like Cheney etc

That this needs to said, again, is why it’s useless conversing with you two

they do love their ad hominems

Says the person that has pushed the likes of Avenatti/Cuomo/Whitmer

This time though you’ll be supporting the right person in Cheaney. Glad your son is lent in the military with your support.

For future refrence. If Googliani, Trump Jr, Mike Pence, or anyone else flip on Trump we dont like or support these people. We are pointing out what they day because of how close they are to Trump but because we like and support their policies or their actions in life. I know this is a hard concept to grasp for a person gullible enough to think Trumps the good guy.
