Not all. It doesn't happen that way. People who want jobs will have them. It is just some technology is labor replacing and some is labor augmenting. There is always a mix and people will shift toward jobs augmented by technology.
Short term, yes I agree with you. It’s going to be a system of automating tasks and humans will be exception managers.
Long term they are building artificial humans that are more coordinated, quicker learners, and never tire.
We are on a track to become a non-working species.
