I'm not really convinced the whole mask thing will work, only time will tell I suppose. We are still in the Top of the 1st inning when it comes to this whole Covid19 thing and all the science regarding it.

Time has already shown that wearing a mask an effective way to slow the spread. There's also a psychological component to the mask. It signals to others that a serious pathogen is present, like a warning, and it has a sobering effect all types of other irresponsible, virus spreading behaviors.
