I'm doing OK so far. Mild symptoms so far, drinking lots of fluids monitoring blood oxygen levels, etc. as long as it doesn't take a turn for the worst I should be OK. I'm under 40 white male who's not immunocompromised, so I'm not in a high risk group.

High sodium levels are shown to help combat the lung damage...i'd back off the fluids some. When patients are admitted for dehydration, they give them the slowest IV fluids possible to bring their hydration back up so as not to swing the sodium levels too low in the process.

Makes some sense, it also could explain why people with heart conditions have such high mortality rates as they're on salt restrictive diets. I'm on kind of the opposite diet of that.
