Technically yes but it has to be an egregious and indisputable lie to be prosecuted. That's not what the law says but that's how it's used in practice. Something like Bill Barr saying Trump never suggested investigating anyone is an obvious lie but without direct evidence of Trump telling him something it wouldn't be prosecuted. Even if we had that it would still be 50/50.
