I suppose that depends on how successful he is. Overt actions like Stuxnet and assassinations have been the only things to slow Iran down. They used the downtime granted by the Obama deal to dig deep and repair the Stuxnet damage.
Now their key facilities are so far underground that I'm not sure we can destroy them via conventional bombing. Maybe a series of MOABs would do it, I don't know. There isn't enough open source information on their capabilities for amateurs to say. This is a case where Dr. Pournelle's "Rods from God" would be ideal. An unstoppable, devestating, deep penetration, non nuclear attack with no fallout would be perfect.

His administration was a joke militarily and left behind a shrunken, hollow force better trained on intersectionality inclusion and sexual harassment than on using their equipment properly. See the Fitzgerald and McCain collisions for proof, sailors driving multi billion dollar destroyers weren't properly trained to make course corrections and crashed into merchant ships.
Look up the Great Green Fleet, or his PACFLT admiral who said climate change was the US military's biggest challenge in the Pacific.
Look up Fiery Cross Reef or Mischief Reef, and what Obama did about them when China crossed that "red line."
