I imagine that stuff was coordinated, but that's not a new development. Karl Rove used to have a weekly meeting with talk radio producers and other media figures.
I think the nature of Hannity's relationship with Trump probably indicates that their coordination was more personalized and probably end-run around the Fox leadership to some degree.
This is just my pet theory, but I have long thought that Hannity's shilling for Trump--which is strident to the point of hysteria--indicates a degree of investment in Trump that might go beyond ratings or even personal friendship. The Cohen connection may--probably will--turn out to be nbd, but I admit that it intrigues me for that reason.
