So sad - and millions of people will read this and agree like mindless sheep.

Donald Trump is a white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself w/ other white supremacists.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders calls Jemele Hill's comments 'a fireable offense.'

Really, though, take a step back and realize the President's spokesperson demands a journalist be fired because they critiqued the President

go find SHS quote

You seem more troubled by the author of the tweet than the idea of a Presidential spokesperson advocating the firing of a person due to their political beliefs -- speech

What bunch of snowflakes

Just wish you post honest things... then we might take you more seriously

Because I would be really troubled if the WH demanded someone be fired.

But of course that's not what happened. She probably noticed that ESPN has a long track record of firing folks for expressing conservative political views, and assumed that their policy must be that disparaging political comments from their employees is a fireable offense

Of course, we're smart enough to know this does not work both ways

I watched the clip.

"That is one of the more outrageous comments that anybody could make and certainly is something that is a fireable offense by ESPN."

That is not 'demanding' a journalist be fired.

The tweet you posted was a dishonest characterization of Sanders' comments. The icing on the cake is that you obtained this political opinion from a basketball history feed, which pretty well encapsulates the veracity of your position here.

I watched the clip, too, and what she actually said was, “I think that’s one of the more outrageous comments that anyone can make,” Sanders said, “and certainly something that I think is a fireable offense by ESPN.”

Your post was also a dishonest characterization of Sander's comment. Someone should ask her why anyone should care what she "thinks" or feels in regards to the President. She's paid to be un-objective.

which all clouds the fact that he did hire a cadre of white supremacists (Sessions,Bannon etc) to guide the government
which by association leads one to the conclusion Trump himself, White Supremacist.
He even went so far as to defend them over the Charlettesville TikiTorch riots

What Hill said was true . Factual

b) White House Press Secretaries --- just don't wing it on the conduct of Presidential critics as far as suggesting (demand ?? Said from that podium --- one would think ) Whether they get to publicly call for the firing of critics

As earlier noted, Robert Gibbs did not make a point of suggesting Trump be fired from The Apprentice for his suggestions Obama was illegitimate.
richard Nixon / Ron Ziegler did though.
See where I'm going here?

Funny, but both Hill and Obama are ... nah

I go back to Pierre Salinger as Press Secretary. Generally statements of that degree are taken as Pro hoops , The Hill and most of the educated world categorized "demands"

I'm sorry, did @jemelehill make 45 retweet white supremacist accounts? Or give the "many sides" & "fine people" Charlottesville comments?

Mr Cobb who tweeted above is in fact a black person and is therefore biased and his word does not count

It's interesting SarahHuckSanders went after ESPN anchor Jemele Hill but not Miss Texas.

I wonder what the difference is?

I'd imagine the difference is that she was asked about one and not the other... And that miss Texas can't be fired.

But by all means, continue the nonsense

Wait a second -- how is my post in any way disingenuous? Because the portion of the quote I unintentionally omitted was Sanders saying "I think"? How does that fundamentally alter the substance of her comment?

Come on.

The onus is on you to demonstrate where Sanders made the demand.

I don't think I need to give you a list of approved sites and blogs ... I just think you need a dictionary.

First "walk back" ... now "demand" ...

At least I know you won't have trouble with "alley-oop".

Trump threatens fire and fury
next day spokesperson "walks it back"
~2 weeks later N Korea lites an H Bomb
No fire and fury

If memory serves I also used the term "bluff". You took exception too

The thing better than my use of dictionary? is my sense of bull****
Trump is a bull****ter first and foremost

An insecure bull****ter at that

Why do you keep falling for them ?

you guys are like a bunch of abused husbands. "She'll never do it again"
