Once again advocating for FL to adopt the policies of Cali and NY
haha
Which policies has NY adopted because there is lots of building happening here?

Estimate of illegal population by year. If anyone has estimates covering recent years please post.

I'm seriously asking you why you are so adamantly opposed to affordable housing?
And increasing - And will continue to increase to historical levels.
Guess they should have thought about that when they built absurd amounts of homes that will remain unsold for years.
Just wait till people start moving back to NY/Cali and if NY continues to make movements towareds the right they will see a MASSIVE amount of inflow migration.
I'm opposed to inefficient uses of resources when its obvious what is going to happen to states like Texas/Florida the next few years.
They will see outflows due to illegal deportation and pandemic inspired inflation reversing.
Okay. Historical levels.
Let’s chat in 10 years I guess.
It seems like you think having available housing is a disaster. And having a massive shortage in housing is really the optimal route

thethe has made it clear
1. People hate living in FL and TX and will be migrating back to commie town in the next few yearsa
2. 20M illegals will be rounded up and shipped out within the next 10 years
3. We're all gonna die when we turn 50
We should probably start leveling homes by ~25% or so we don't have anything empty in a decade
Is that what I said?
Maybe you can find that for me
I woldn't say people hate living there. Its just not as good as living in NY/Cali (despite the awful politics).
so all the people who fled commie town are going to change their minds after a couple year living in MAGA town?
Well, observing your comments on this thread
a ton of criticism to Florida
no criticism of California
This is literally thethe's stance:
He is literally pinning his entire argument on the low possibility that there are more homes empty and not selling than what is actually reported, on the low possibility that illegal population is twice much as what is actually reported, on the possibility that Trump beats Biden in 6 months, on the possibility that Trump will actually fix the border crisis (he didn't last time), on the low possibility that Trump will actually deport illegals at a pace never before seen (3+ million over the next 4 years), and finally on the low possibility that whoever takes over for Trump in 2028 (Dem or Republican) will continue to deport illegals at such a record pace.
And then, only after all that, can we talk about ramping up more housing.
Well they fled because of lockdowns primarily and then they realized that Texas/FLorida are very meh compared to where they used to live now that restrictions are gone.
Was California a topic that was being discussed?
do you have data supporting this?
Yes it's been brought up several times (not by you though)
Okay. Historical levels.
