well here is the reporter and a summary of what he reported
some of it is accurate: Pelosi opened the door
some isn't: that he walked back several feet toward his assailant
to quote again from the local DA's charging document:
When Off. Wilmes rangthe doorbell,Defendant directed Mr.Pelosi not to open
the door. ButMr.Pelosi opened the door with his left hand. As the door opened,the two
men stood inthe dimly litfoyer facing the officers. Mr.Pelosi nervously but calmly greeted
them. When the officer asked what was going on,Defendant smiled and said, everything's
good and pulled his hands toward his body. When an officer turned on his flashlight,
Defendant could be seen holdingthe bottom handle ofthe hammer with one hand and Mr.
Pelosi'srightarm with the other. Mr.Pelosi had his hand on the top ofthe handle nearthe
hammer itself. One officer ordered, Dropthe hammer! At the same time, Defendant
raised the hammer and said, um, nope." Defendant tried to pullthe hammer away from
Mr.Pelosi, which twisted Mr.Pelosi's arm back.

reminder that nobody got suspended for reporting about the hunter laptop being Russian disinfo... nobody got suspended about Russia collusion. nobody got suspended about NUCLEAR CODES!!!

I do not understand what the seals are arguing. The DOJ report read:
"Moments later, at approximately 2:31 a.m., SFPD officers responded to the Pelosi Residence and two officers knocked on the front door. The two officers who approached the door had their body-worn cameras activated. The two officers opened the door to see the foyer of the Pelosi Residence, Mr. Pelosi, wearing a long-sleeved shirt, DEPAPE in shorts, running shoes and a sweatshirt, and DEPAPE and Mr. Pelosi jointly gripping a hammer."
this directly contradicts this latest report, as well as the one that was scrubbed from the interbet

The reporting on Hunters laptop being Russian disinformstion was according to what people in the Intel community thought it might be. It's not inaccurate reporting to report what they think. Those intel people said it fit the pattern if what Russua does, not that its 100% confirmed Russian propaganda.
You are welcome to link me any journalist reports about Russian collusion that stated something was a fact that was later proven to not be true in any way.
You are also welcome to show me any reports by journalists that said it was a fact that the nuclear codes were in Trumps stolen documents.

The man accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, said there was “evil in Washington” and had also planned to target President Joe Biden’s son Hunter, California Gov. Gavin Newsom and actor Tom Hanks, a San Francisco Police Department official testified Wednesday.
“There is evil in Washington, what they did went so far beyond the campaign. It originates with Hillary (Clinton),” David DePape told San Francisco Police Department Lt. Carla Hurley in an interview after the attack, Hurley testified during a preliminary hearing, according to CNN affiliate KPIX.
“Honestly, day in day out, they are lying. They go from one crime to another crime to another crime,” DePape added at the time, according to Hurley. He allegedly planned to kidnap Biden to discuss “all the corruption” in Washington.
The revelations came ahead of a judge’s ruling that prosecutors had shown enough evidence against DePape to advance his case to trial on state charges.
