you can always make a claim behind your keyboard about destroyed evidence and whatnot

forgive me for not taking it seriously

if there is any substance to it take it to a court of law that will look at the evidence in an adversarial setting and adjudicate the matter

I’m just wondering how you can be charged of something and only be given selective access to available evidence or be subject to the fact evidence is destroyed.

Seems odd to me.

Appeal to a higher court is always an option.

Last time I checked the Supreme Court had 6 concervative justices appointed by Republican presidents.

People with integrity would not put someone in this position but the real goal to have the first narrative so chumps can say Trump was indicted/convicted.

It’s very clear what system of justice you support.
 
eh...i can see why someone who supports a criminal cult-leader would rather not have our system of justice operate in its normal manner and would object to the verdicts it renders

What evidence was destroyed? You claim to have all the evidence you need but somehow also claim to need videos of depositions that your issue has transcripts for. Are you saying your side doesn't have all the evidence it needs to show their innocence right now?

They have either destroyed or not produced records of all their interviews.

You can’t act like this was the most through investigation in our nations history but not produce all your evidence.

Trump could yell it from the rooftops. He had the biggest platform in the world to make accusations. He tried to create the illusion that Ukraine independently decided there was enough evidence to open an investigation of Biden so Trump could cite that as legitimate proof against Biden. Trump could have publicly said he will hold up side to Ukraine if they didn't publicly announce an investigation. Why do it in secret? Because that wouldn't create the narrative he wanted.

What records were destroyed or not produced? Why don't Republicans hold their own hearings where they can get all the info they claim is missing? You promised me there would be a Republican J6 committee that would expose the truth.
