    The Coronavirus, not the beer

What infuriates me is that we can only be infuriated with the idiocy of those not on our own "teams." Seems like there's plenty of blame to go around.

And so they take turns flipping so as the pressure doesn't get too intense on any one of them? Is that too cynical a take?

Some won't (mainly the older ones) but many have be praying and working toward this day. I ask that if don't actually know what is going on in many of my circles that you'll give a consideration of a different take. A lot more good could come in our country if we actually not automatically...

That flag doesn't change apart from a coalition of folk like my former prof and chancellor of RTS (a campus in the heart of Jackson and he served for years as the pastor of FPC Jackson) and a coalition of folks from the SBC and the PCA. Proud of them!

    The Coronavirus, not the beer

That's a hopeful sign. When Tucker Carlson went all "this is actually serious" back in March, the administration and many Trump supporters bought in (for a bit). Now another fave of the POTUS and POTUS lovers endorses masks.... We will see.

Yep, starting back up. Reduced class sizes. Mandatory wearing of masks. Use of an Oxford model of small groups of students meeting regularly with profs. I like the latter. Our main concerns are her inevitable need to use the subway extensively, living in a locked-down NYC (kind of defeats the...

Iconoclasm seldom has room for nuance and historical reflection. I understand being grieved by the certain symbols and the good thing it is to change (kudos to MS) but there will be a lot of collateral damage to anything historic.

    The Coronavirus, not the beer

Thanks friend. She had -- as far as getting "negative" test results.
