Hoping for a Rockies win this afternoon, so Atlanta has the 3rd pick locked up. I'd really love to see Shelby beat his old team.

You don't have to hand anything to them. The Braves weren't smart enough to know when to top trying. They'd have the #1 pick all locked up if they just didn't try against the Phillies.

So if I have this right, we can't get the #1 or #2 pick, and we get the #3 pick unless we win both and the Rockies lose, and in that case we'd get #4 pick?

Do we "win" the tiebreaker vs the Rockies? We lost the season series, if that's the criteria.
Memorable moment is a dismal year, getting swept by that crappy team and then extending our stellar staff.
