I think Enscheff is right. But I hope not.

We need an upgrade if we are planning to be good. That means Sign Reddick to something slightly under 4/60 and dump Markakis. Maybe move one of Inciarte/Mallex if you get a return that works. We are going to have some 40 man decisions, so it makes sense to me to move duplicate parts. I wouldn't dump Mallex or Incirarte, esp with options left. But you have to look hard at it.

FF, Kemp, Reddick would be 3 legit major league bats in the middle of line up (vs LH pitchers at least).

I thought you were a metrics guy....they'll need some run prevention. The folks they are planning on trotting out to CF scares me. Plus Inciarte is coming around. Arbitrary endpoints.

Cespedes in LF and Bruce in RF are you bats. but you are going to need a legit CF to help those guys out.

They may not be getting Bruce, which is why the comment was they may be looking for another bat. How long is Lagares out? He's a great defender. Trading for Inciarte doesn't make sense if Lagares is there.

Reddick is overrated to me. He's 29 and has never had above a .782 OPS for a full season.

Reddick doesn't hit lefties well, Kemp doesn't hit righties all that well. Not that I'm opposed as it gives 2 decent hitters in the middle vs R/L.

That was a great read. Sounds like Kemp has matured some in recent years. You always hear guys say they grew up fans of whatever team they're signing with or were traded to, but Kemp actually has a picture to prove it. I'm excited to see him play.
