Both were bad, but I'm surprised Hillary was worse. I honestly thought she would have a better written speech.

weso, she could have given the Gettysburg Address and Washington's Farewell Address in Esperanto and you wouldn't have been impressed.
 
Hillary's bar is apparently rock bottom to some on this board. This wasn't a well delivered speech or a well written speech.

You need to have the chip removed from your skull. That was a very solid speech and delivered well. A lot of it was standard stump drool but it had some strong parts too.

I thought the last part about gun control felt very genuine. She needs to use her quiet, intimate voice more instead of always increasing volume for emphasis.

I think it was about as good as the pop song that followed and preceded it.
 
As much as I can't stand Obama, he has a true gift. He can grab the attention of everyone in the room when he talks. He does it about as well as any politician I've ever seen. Hillary does not have that gift. She to me just doesn't give speeches well.
