Braves swept them in Philly to win the east. The braves then started resting guys, and they haven't been the same since. I don't wanna see anyone get 1 damn PA off next season bc we can't turn it back on

They get hammered because guys don’t get days off, they are apparently vital to health in a game where 90% of it is played at rest.
 
I do think we see a better offense on Monday. Their timing looked terrible tonight, and they unfortunately didn't start hitting anything hard until the seventh.
 
I think teams who lose the first game of a 5 game series have historically lost the series 70% of the time.

The offense was a complete no-show, and now the uphill battle of Fried/Elder vs Wheeler/Nola is going to be significant.

Most of you should probably just kill yourselves now. You lack the mental fortitude to even watch the next couple games.

We got the pitching we wanted tonight. We had a couple of unusual defensive miscues and the offense ran into some tough luck. Very fluky game.

We can still win the series by winning both Fried's starts and Strider's remaining start. Elder's start is winnable as well. We just need the offense to come correct.
 
If there is any team that can make this type of comeback, it is the Atlanta Braves. I’m not just saying that to be saying it. It is true. Braves got to Wheeler in that last series in Philly and they have a history of doing so against Nola. Yes, tonight was frustrating. Yes, the road is harder. But they can do it and hopefully they will.

Lol I appreciate the enthusiasm but man deep down you know this team is a dead group walking. They're not winning this series.

Who knows...the excuses are comical...No one wants to admit the obvious...They choked and the moment was too big for them all...period. It's really that simple. October is magnified significantly....
