I have not liked it at all so far.

Very poorly acted and the last episode while the best basically killed off the whole cast they spent the first 4 building.

And adding a feature of banging light sabers to disable them into the fold. Moronic

Or you know I'm a semi-intelligent watcher. I never have claimed the acolyte is amazing. But it's not bad. Or to use your favorite word it's not "cringe"

You think you are a lot of things. Doesnt make any of them true . It doesn’t also give you license to announce who should like what like you so commonly do. You might be the only one that likes that awful TLJ disaster, which makes you much less intelligent in SW than you think

That was also ridiculous and one of many issues people had with ROTS.

But don't pretend that Qimir struggled vs the 5 Jedi at the start of the episode. He dispelled them rather easily. Granted, we drop in mid-fight, but it's still 5 on 1 and he doesn't struggle at any point. Then less than 5 minutes later, he basically fights to a draw with a padawan. It's poor writing any way you slice it.

Yep. I hated the final seasons of shows like GOT, Brooklyn 99, How I Met Your Mother, etc. But whenever I rewatch those shows from the beginning, I still watch the entire last season to the end.

It's almost like you never watched Star Wars. People's level of expertise and rank doesn't determine their skill especially in the moment. A barely trained Padawan in Luke was able to fight to a draw with Vader. A Padawan Obi Wan Kenobi killed Darth Maul who killed his master. Anakin was able to easily dispatch Dooku who easily dispatched Kenobi who dispatched Anakin. Results of fights in Star Wars are all about tension and named characters have plot armor/power boosts all the time. Why was Palpatine able to easily kill 3 Jedi Masters who no one knew their names but struggled against Mace WIndu?

Your problem is you're trying to apply some form of real word logic to space opera. Which always is the problem. Lecki Jon fighting well was to serve the purpose of unmasking the Sith and to set her up to die dramatically. If that pays off will be determined later as she has a strong connection to both Osha and Sol.

Acolyte hasn't been something amazing. But without the grifters and chuds riding the show most people wouldn't have anything really negative to say about it. Go to the prequel memes subreddit you see very little panning there. Go to the main star wars sub top comments aren't hate.

If you leave your bubble of right wing grifters on twitter and youtube you'll see what you're talking about. Kudos.
