So you really believe its a possiblity?

Out of curiosity...what reasons would KD choose the Knicks over the Wiz if he left OKC?

No, I don't see OKC trading him BUT the Knicks would 100% offer that. And if it was a trade, he wouldn't have a choice of Knicks / Wiz until after his contract is over and since the Knicks would get his bird rights...........$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Do you think that either the Wiz or Knicks have a better team now and in the future than the Thunder? This is without any consideration of Durant.

OKC wouldn't beat Mem without KD. Hope they sneak in and still keep their pick.

Lot of road games coming up.

If KD told Presti he wouldn't re up you consider that but OKC is stocked with bigs.

Okafor or Towns would be redundant.

Right now? Obviously not......but if the Wiz add KD to Wall/Beal/Gortat/Nene + some role guys I really like that team.

The Knicks would depend on a lot, if KD is traded for the 1 or 2 then that obviously means it won't be Melo/KD/Okafor......but if you're talking about KD signing in NY then I like Okafor/KD/Melo + whatever other free agents we sign more than RW/Ibaka/Kanter/etc with no KD.

Bottom line is, I don't see OKC winning anything with the way their team is currently built, this includes Brooks as the coach. They have no plan, they are just throwing **** against a wall and hoping it sticks. Plus they are cheap as ****. In all honesty....maybe OKC is better off getting a kings ransom for KD and building around RW/Ibaka/Kanter and getting a ton of picks and guys to surround that.

You know there's a cap right?

Washington would be capped out with Wall Beal KD on maxes and Gortat.

Wall is a great player but he can't carry a team offensively like Russ has. I don't see how Washington has better pieces than OKC sans KD.

If he goes there its because he wants to go home.

We haven't seen how the team would do with KD Russ Ibaka Kanter Morrow etc.

The whole point was to see the strength of each team without KD. Why would he go to an inferior team?

OKC hasn't won anything yet (hello ill timed injuries) but in my homer opinion they are better places for KD.

Knicks just seem like a huge longshot IMO. They are a long ways away from being a legit titel contender. If KD goes anywhere it will be to DC.

I disagree with that....no matter where KD goes, that team is going to be the better team than the ones he left or didn't pick BUT I think KD going to Washington makes the most sense and would make the best team. Wall is a better fit for KD than RW is and Beal is the perfect compliment to them both. The problem with Washington, is the same as it is with OKC....they have a horrible coach.

Its hard to tell because KD hasn't played with Kanter.

Teams sagged off Perk and threw all the defensive attention to RW and KD.

And your favorite player Morrow as well, spacing.

So do you believe Westbrook is the second best player in the NBA? I bet you don't. PER rewards high usage players. It is not the end all.

Westbrook minus KD might be

Or, I should say....this stretch of play, makes him top 3-5.

Why would you evaulate a team with KD as opposed to a team without KD?

The Thunder without KD are better than both the Knicks/Wiz without KD. If you put KD on either of those three teams than the Thunder are still better.

Just wait till we see RW with KD next year.

Imagine a spaced floor with KD/Morrow/Ibaka in the corners with RW running a Pnr with Kanter....Good luck NBA.
