Neverending **** the Police thread.

Your troll skills suck. I am a realist. Like, I know if someone climbs the walls outside the White House and tries to run inside they will probably be shot. Facts of life. You can cry about it all you want. No one in their right mind would bring a case against this cop and no jury would ever convict him. Go yell at the sky if you want but its not worth anyones time. She died of stupidity. Give her the Darwin award.

A lot of people who died at the hands of cops did so from stupidity

And I dont disagree with that. You wont see me posting many stories where the person did stupid ****. In fact I even advocate for giving more money in lawsuits to the people who handled it like an adult instead of the people who go ape**** and get their head caved in. Even when the cop is wrong you should comply because they will beat you brain dead and it then it doesnt matter how right you were or how much money your family gets in the lawsuit. I also routinely talk about the travesty that is us filling kids heads with all this freedom bull**** and do nothing to teach them the legal basics. It should be mandatory to graduate high school. We just expect kids to learn the law from osmosis. I am tired of seeing stupid kids get dogs sent to attack them because they are ignorant of life. I am tired of seeing little girls get their ass beat because they think they can do stupid **** and cops wont beat them up because men arent supposed to hit women.

none of these facts matter to him

I'd bet a very large number that all the examples in this thread aren't showing these idiots

as I've said before, life is in the gray. you refuse to live there

but that won't stop ya from trying to push your idiotic agenda and disingenuous/dishonest stance/comparison

Most everyone in the mob on Jan. 6 could be classified as dumb as a fence post with no basic understanding of law or how government works.

Their explanations said so. "We came to D.C. because Trump asked us to." "We committed breaking and entering of a government bldg and stopped the electoral count because Trump asked us to."

They were gaslighted into believing most people including the cops were with them, that there was still a path to victory that they wouldn't face legal consequences because BLM didn't, and if they did Trump would pardon them.

This is an old one but I think it perfectly summarizes policing in America. Elderly black former marine with a heart condition accidentally triggers his medical alert device. Cops show up and he tells them he is okay. Cops refuse to accept this and demand he open the door for them. He refuses. They start breaking in. He grabs a knife to defend himself. Cops then taser an elderly man with a heart condition. Then shoot him twice with a bean bag gun. Then shoot him with a real gun hitting him in the lung which kills him. One cop was caught on camera yelling "we need to talk, ******". This is just the epitome of policing in America. Refuse our help and we will kill you.

Heres the 98 year old woman confronting police for their illegal raid on her home. She died the next day most likely from the stress caused by the illegal raid. This stems from the newspaper her son runs that received paperwork from a local business owners estranged husband showing she had no valid drivers license because of a DUI. The newpaper wasnt even going to print it. There was no evidence they obtained it illegally. Funny thing is the Kentuky Bureau of Investigation said after the raid no one was above the law not even the media. Yet here we are with the police caught doing something illegal and theres no raids of their homes. No raids of their police station. No arrests of the criminals who caused the death of this old lady. Clearly someone is above the law here.

One thing I dont think people fully understand is that the policing culture is corrupt. Not every cop starts as a bad guy. They literally weed out the good cops and protect the bad cops. Here is a case where a police officer gets retaliated against for speaking up when he was given illegal orders by his boss. That illegal order was a quota. Because he spoke out he was denied promotions, overtime, and given bad reviews. He just won a 2.8 million dollar verdict by a jury. He is now a former cop. You would think a cop speaking up when given illegal orders would make this former cop in high demand. Dont police forces want honest cops who obey the law? No, cops who were fired for killing or beating people but not criminally convicted will have an easier time getting another job as a cop. That tells you everything you need to know about policing. Shouldnt there at the least be a requirement for cops to say something if they see or know of a crime by another cop? I remember one cop who transferred off the Baltimore gun trace task force gang when they told him they robbed drug dealers. Transferring isnt enough. Any other profession I would understand but when your a cop sworn to uphold the law how can they just take a pass when they see or know another cop is committing a serious crime. And despite this verdict no one will be charged or even investigated for breaking the law on quotas. Despite all the pro-cop rhetoric by some people none of them will come to the defense of this good cop and demand the ones who retaliated against him be held accountable.

Seattle Police Officers’ Guild Vice President Daniel Auderer caught on his body cam laughing about another cop who ran over and killed a girl while driving 74 in a 25 mph zone. He can be heard laughing right after saying "she's dead" and "just write a check.......11,000 dollars she was 26 she had limited value anyways". Who needs criminals with monsters like this roaming the streets with a badge and a license to kill. But dont worry, they say they have forwarded this to an investigation....... wtf investigation needs to happen when the whole thing is caught on HD camera and audio. Are they gonna slow it down to try and make sure each syllable is correct? They seriously going to just wait 6 months hoping the heat dies down then announce they are taking away 5 days of vacation time from the cop so he gets to spend more time terrorizing people.

Heres some East Cleveland cops getting 2 years in prison for robbing people. Some might say thats justice. It is not. Using a badge and government authority to do this **** should bring a 10 times multiplier to charges. Armed robbery, rape, murder, etc, should really be life sentences. Theres all kinds of extra charges and sentencing enhancements for committing crimes against cops but they actually invented new charges to give cops reduced sentences like civil rights violations. Thats nice and all but not when you are using that to replace aggravated kidnapping.

Prison warden follows a man into a business, assaults him and steals his phone. All caught on video camera. Cops say they cant arrest the warden because it didnt happen in front of them despite seeing it on camera. Who thinks the victim here could have this same exact set of circumstances where he assualted the warden and got to go home that night without arrest. Zero percent chance of that.

First trial for the murder of Elijah McClain comes back with a split verdict convicting one cop and aquitting the other. Not sure what the reasoning was by the jury there. In this case McClain had just purchased stuff at a gas station and was walking home dancing while listening to music with earbuds. Someone called police saying he was acting strange. Cops show up and put hands on him within 10 seconds of arriving on scene. McClain not knowing wtf was going on resisted the assault by the cops. One of the cops yelled that McClain was trying to grab his gun. That turned out to be a lie. Cops hold him down and call paramedics who then inject him with a sedative called ketamine which killed him. Initially the death was ruled death by excited delirium which is a medical term made up by cops to describe people that die while struggling against restraint. It has no basis in science whatsoever but "expert" doctors get paid big money to say it to juries. Later the death was accurately changes to reflect the truth which was death by sedative. Both officers and the paramedics were charged. This was the first of 3 trials with both officers being tried together
Not sure why one was convicted and the other wasn't.

The main issue here to me is that when someone calls 911 and says you are doing something suspicious all your rights go out the window. At no point did anyone suspect McClain of committing a crime yet cops forcefully detained him. This is what needs to change. The cops could have tried talking to him. They could have observed him,.but no, they demanded he stop and submit to them despite no legal authority to retain him. This is a prime example of there being no problem until cops show up and start trouble.
