We weren't really competitive that year though. I'm just saying that the Nats haven't really ever gotten in our way.
Umm we held first place until late July and held a wild card spot into September.

Yeah, and we had a winning record against the Nats that year. I remember it well after forgetting about that season entirely and looking it up on Wikipedia today. The Nats had nothing to do with us tanking at the end of the season. My point is that the Nats haven't really gotten in our way. We've certainly beaten ourselves and can't win a postseason game. Argue against that point big boi.
The Nats owned us at the end of the season.
Also, 2012 they won the division and forced us to play in the wild card game.
I don't really get the Nats hate. They really haven't been an obstacle for us when we've tried to be competitive. I don't think they've ever prevented us from making the playoffs or beaten us in the playoffs.
Dude, we were 17 games back in the end. The Nats had virtually nothing to do with it. We lost to everyone.
In 2012 we still got into the playoffs. The playoffs definitely own us. The Nats do not.
where is all the media etc to **** on George Springer for not running out of the box?
that was in a world series game and way worse than what someone did a few weeks ago and we heard about it non stop
Welp. Three games from our nightmare
Nats are making us look good though.
For whatever reason, i guess because he's a phenom, people are always all over Acuna.
It is beyond ridiculous at this point. I HATE that his team didn't back him up, at least in public.
The new playoff ball may have played a role in Acuna getting caught watching what he thought was a homerun. In the reg season maybe that's a few rows deep.
