Again, I'd love to know the point of this thread. Yes, it's unfortunate some good cops might be put in worse positions because of the actions of a bad cop.

Are you embarrassed of your faith? Religion isn't private. I mean sure you can avoid declaring what your beliefs are if you wish. But if you truly hold them, they tend to have a public face or expression - that is if they are worth a damn.
 
Why is it a stupid question? Don't religious beliefs typically have a bearing on the ethical standards one adopts?

It's a stupid question because 1) I don't find it germane to the "conversation" (if we want to call it that), and 2) some people are just not religious, the same way some people don't follow professional badminton. I thought about that question and I don't know how to answer it, because the answer is "none." i don't follow one.
