REAL FOOTBALL Thread

Hard to predict injuries. Clowney was disruptive in preseason. It will be a real shame if injuries define his career. He truly is a fantastic talent.

Both are studs, i still like both long-term.

LOL at Zeets, Mack has been a STUD this year.

He dominated the TNF game vs KC, disruptive as hell.

HELLUVA game by the Cardinals. I've counted them out too many times. Just finding a way to get it done is pretty impressive . No excuses.

The Rams have played a lot of good games recently.
I think thethe may have been right, the Cardinals are legit all-around, and he's not elite but they're obviously better with Palmer, he was playing well.

helluva game? It was terrible. Two good defenses vs. backup QBs.

Based on footballoutsiders, the Cards are the 20th best team (24 on offense, 6 on defense) and the Rams are the 17th best team (23 on offense, 9 on defense)

If the Rams or Cards had even an average QB they would be among the best teams in the league. Those defenses are incredible. Rams need to do whatever it takes to get a QB in there that is competent. That defensive line is scary good.

You don't think a team using its third string qb signed off the street and getting a W on the road vs a monster defense is impressive?

I'm not really interested in what football outsiders says about how good they are, the standings say otherwise.

I'm not saying it was anything for the ages here.

The claim police are out in full force this am. Damn.

Remember when people thought Harbaugh was awesome?

Well he's the easily the worst coach in the division. Dont let the door hit you where the good Lord split you.

I thought the game was terrible, which is what I meant. Neither team could even get a first down, it was like watching a 1980s high school game. If it was great defense, it would be one thing, but it was because both offenses are pathetic.

Lol Cards won 11 games but are 20th best team. Ok.....

Good thing Football Outsiders doesn't determine the games.

Do NFC South/Falcons fans hope they lose for a higher pick?

Thats what they should do, but ya know....

I'd take a ticket to th eplayoffs, never know what can happen. Though if this hip thing for Julio is a nagging issue then lose out. If they Falcons are semi-healthy come playoff time, you never know what can happen. Defense will still suck but Ryan and Julio have been fantastic as of late.

Lol stop zito. Under no circumstances do the Falcons or any team from that abortion of a division win a game in the playoffs.

They could beat Arz with Lindley/Thomas at QB, but it's probably better they miss out and get a higher pick.
