Or I judge character based on what I see of the person - Understand that humans are not Saints and also understand that anyone that is against the establishment and has gravitas to get following is targeted by the establishment. You guys can continue to ignore this aspect we saw playout for the last 8 years.

Either way - When the investigation is 'settled' and Gaetz isn't charged with anything it will be amazing to watch how quickly yall will forget.

That is most certainly not the worst possible scenario. He has also been accused of sex trafficking and paying women for sex. And there are Venmo records that support the accusations.

I mean Jesus Christ dude, can't you even be a little impartial and admit that there are ton of better candidates that don't have sex trafficking accusations against them?

And does anyone know who is the current head of the HHS without googling it? Or any of the past heads of the HHC? Seems more like a figure head position than anything else. Of course, I would generally prefer to have a more qualified, less controversial figure head in place.

He needs to be kept on a short leash. I was hoping he’d be given a “position” where he can stir **** and shine light on topics that haven’t gotten attention, but he shouldn’t be a decision maker.

This is where the alarm bells go off due to my background in Econ, though. You’re absolutely describing an argument that is more left-leaning, but one that doesn’t work for me, because it ignores economies of scale. You cannot simply replace subsidies to larger firms with the same ones to smaller firms and expect prices not to increase because smaller farms don’t have the ability to handle, package and deliver products for the same discounted rates as the larger companies. I think there’s a good argument to be made that the government should subsidize smaller companies to compete with larger ones, but it likely has to be paired with increased support for families as prices increase as a result.

Grooming is not when a girl is at the youngest 17. You literally don’t even understand what child grooming is and where it happens in the world.

Yes, I would qualify someone who paid for sex as unfit for office. That is most certainly supporting sex trafficking.

Have you gone to RFKs organization's site? It's absolutely bonkers. Take away the science (that completely refutes their positions), just the number of logical fallacies they tout as proof is stunning.

Their chief argument against vaccines is that diagnoses of chronic illnesses in children have increased since the 80s and so have vaccinations.

So what else has increased since the 80's? The Braves winning percentage for one. So according to their logic, if the Braves rebuild then we should see a drop in childhood chronic illnesses.

The site literally says that if vaccines were safe, why is there so much controversy surrounding them? And the leader of this group is being tasked with America's health. I wouldn't trust him with a spoon much less a federal agency.

Accusations that took place well before he was ever in position or even being considered for a position of real power. And accusations that his accomplice Joel Greenberg has admitted to.

This isn't Cavanaugh or a Trump situation where someone came out the woodwork after 30 years to make some accusations at the last minute when it was convenient for Democrats. These are accusations with merit that were first revealed in Trumps administration and that at least 1 party involved has admitted to have happened.
