No taxpayers should never be forced to pay for something unless they voted for it. That’s how the process works. Not with a threat of veto before it has a chance to be smacked down by the state legislature.

But I think someone is big mad right now the people of the country rejected him. Character always emerges during the worst of times. It is what it is.
