2016 Draft Position

Both Cincinnati and Colorado finished with worse records than Atlanta last year, but Milwaukee and Oakland had better records. Realistically, I think the Braves will end up with the 3rd pick as I'm not sure if Cincinnati wins more than 1 more game this year.
 
We are all but assured a top 3 pick. With 6 left I don't see us getting the #1 or falling to #4, so it is really just whether we get #2 or #3..
 
if I am not mistaken both Philly and Cincy need pitching in a bad way. But will they take the BPA approach or What I need as a team approach. Honestly, there are about 4 players I wouldn't mind the Braves taking, so I think a #3 pick should net a good return. I would prefer a #2 though because it makes our pool money for slot position higher which can help us in later rounds.

Luckily they haven't clinched the division yet, and are actually losing ground on the Pirates.

How did you stumble? I'm just curious because most of the people on this site have been together from another community for almost 15 years. So for new people I'm always curious how they found it.
 
I think I was on another forum where you or someone here posted this link. The other site was boring. Maybe Braves chop or something. Doesn't matter. I also post over at mlb so I might have a few friends already over here. I like good discussion. I like humor. I can lay some stats down if need be. I will probably tick some off. But for the most part I am pretty easy to get along with. I have been a fan for 30 years but this year has been the most fandom I have been. I really focused attention to the minors so I am really excited about this team. They can suck this year and next. I will be ok with that. Just like to see the lower systems continue to grow and our young players improve. I am 100 percent hart supporter and will defend what he has done until I feel like it has been a failure.
