His worth per game is meaningless over a 3 game sample. He could produce 0 runs or 10 runs in a short sample.
I'm fairly confident though we would have scored more runs with him inthe lineup.
So how is this any different in the playoffs?

We just beat 2 INCREDIBLE pitchers and another top flight prospect without our best hitter. I don't believe that happens with either the 2013 or 2014 teams and those temas had much better pitching.
We scored 2 runs against DeGrom and 1 against Harvey. I bet our offense from 2013 could have done that.
What the hell. Revisionist history at its absolute damned finest
The Braves had a significantly better pitching staff than the Cards.
You called Shelby an ace that year.
Funny how that changed.

Can't blame #Braves for not announcing anything on Freeman, considering #Nationals still haven't announced a starter for tonight. Ridiculous
With the strikeout laden lineups of 2013 and 2014 and how well DeGrom and Harvey were pitching... we likely would have been shutout most games, IMO. We were actually able to manufacture runs against them, which the 2013 and 2014 teams struggled in doing.
I did, when?
Sometime in 2013, you said Miller is "absolutely" an ace (and that Teheran was not yet).

Do you have proof of this or just fantastic memory of 1 line from 2 years ago? Being that I've never really like Miller and he didn't pitch like an ace in 2013 (his first year starting); I would be surprised.
Against pitchers the calibar that we just beat?
I don't think people realize how good Degrom is yet.

so he was an ace while having an inferior season for the Cards, but not when he's having his current season for the Braves.

Guess I fell out of love for Miller.
yes that tends to happen with you when players become Braves.
